So this week we had another ultrasound visit to check on the anatomy and make sure the heart and and brain are developing. Are there arms, legs, fingers, etc?
So at 11 weeks, the ultrasound tech really struggled with baby. Baby decided to lay against the wall and not move. But the tech needed a good shot of the back of the head. Well, this time, baby did not have that problem. Baby decided to move all over the place. The appt took longer than expected because baby would not sit still long enough for the technician to see what she wanted to see.
We could see very clearly on the screen where the baby did some flips not just move back and forth. Baby also did what looked like a cartwheel. LOL. The poor technician. I felt so bad for her. Too bad I can’t really yell and baby and tell it to stop moving. Brian thought it was the funniest thing in the world. Dads…..*sigh* (well, I have to admit, it was funny).
So if this baby keeps this up after being born, it will really need some activities to burn some energy. So maybe with the acrobatic skills being developed now, baby will be able to compete in American Ninja Warrior! 🙂
Hopefully all the activity in the womb does not mean baby will come out fit an skinny. I like chubby babies. Perhaps I should increase my food intake!
