So after so many weeks of complaining how time is going really, really slow, this week just flew by! I was getting ready to post the weekly picture and was like, “It feels like I just did this.” For the first time this pregnancy, time did not drag on. We are almost halfway there!
I’m not sure if I’m starting to feel the baby move or what but I feel something. Since I often here people say, “the baby just kicked” I guess I was expecting something like a kick. I’m not sure why I assumed that. Apparently right now its only the size of a mango. (http://pregnant.thebump.com/pregnancy/pregnancy-tools/articles/how-big-is-baby.aspx)
So I feel a little tap like feeling, like a bubble popping in my lower abdomen below my belly button. I’m not sure that is the best description but I’m not sure how to describe it. I read on forums that you people were able to determine the feeling they felt was baby movement during their ultrasound. They would see the baby move and at the same time feel that weird feeling. We go in next week for anatomy ultrasound so hopefully little one will feel like moving or doing what it does during that time so that I can confirm my feeling. If not, it’s okay too.
